Terraced house in Leeuwarden

A major priority of this project was the desire not to see any heating surfaces while also being able to provide optimum cooling in summer.

Since the solid wooden floor was unsuitable for floor heating and this would also have not provided any cooling, the designers opted instead to use modular wall and ceiling elements.

This has enabled a comfortable indoor temperature to be achieved with a hot water temperature of just 23-26°C.
