Old apartment building in Vienna

Architect couple Susy Baasel and Georg Bauer bought a very beautiful old apartment building, which however was in sore need of renovation. After detailed discussions, they decided to heat the apartment exclusively with Variotherm wall heating systems.

In order to meet different construction requirements, they installed both system and modular wall heating systems. Even in the bathroom, a correspondingly sized wall-heating surface provides a comfortable and cosy environment.

The ModulWall-Heating, which is mounted as single wall panels, provides an architectural highlight that imparts the living spaces with their own individual, visual aesthetic.
