Commercial building in Wallern

The office and electronics wing is heated in winter and cooled in summer using Variotherm system wall heating. The two production halls and the warehouse extension have Variotherm floor heating integrated into the industrial concrete floor.

In the summer months the system is used for cooling. For this purpose, cold spring water is passed through a large plate heat exchanger. The water in the Variotherm skirting heaters on the secondary side is cooled down by transferring heat to the spring water on the primary side. This cools the entire building and ensures pleasant temperatures even when it is very hot.
