Comfort expert Variotherm uses the floor, wall and ceiling for heating, cooling and improved room acoustics.

During the renovation, air-conditioning technology was upgraded in all areas, from the construction department, to reception, to sanitary and meeting rooms. For this, Mr. Gollinger and the installer Franz Hutterer from Vorchdorf relied upon the full-range supplier Variotherm: "We received everything from a single source and found a comprehensive solution for heating, cooling, and improved room acoustics."

Individual concept
Variotherm take individuality very seriously - when it comes to both planning and usage. For example, different products were introduced in the floor heating sector, since work was done on screed floors, as well as on finished floors in drywall construction. Different systems were also combined in the case of the ceiling solution, in order to find an optimal solution for air-conditioning technology and acoustics in every room (see info box).

Individual regulation
Staff members can now selectively regulate individual areas with individual thermostats, since they do not all share the same sensitivity to warmth or cold. 

Solution for acoustics in offices
The sophisticated acoustic ceiling efficiently absorbs sound. This also makes life much more comfortable and increases the feel-good factor for staff members.
